Complete renovation of apartment in Charlottenlund
Ordrupvej project - after renovation
ACS Apartments completely renovated this apartment in Charlottenlund. Among other things we:
- Laid har wood floor on the big terrace
- Renovated bathroom with designed floorplan
- Replaced all electricity in the apartment
- Built bedroom in the old kitchen
- Established new kitchen in the living room
- Putty and painted everywhere- Laid new parquet floor with floor heating in the whole apartment
- Furnished the whole apartment
- +1000 other little things
Ordrupvej project - During renovation
Our plan was to make one huge living room with the kitchen as an integrated part of it. We thought that the huge balcony was not optimally used with the original floorplan. We removed the wall that divided the living room with the dining room and moved the kitchen there. This way we created an extra bedroom. We also wanted to change the floorplan in the bathroom.
